The Mandovi flows silently by lord Parashurama as she makes her way to the Arabian sea. Just as Parashurama, believed to the be the 6th incarnation of Vishnu, wields the axe, battles have been fought over this land through the years, and we continue to this day. Land grab, unplanned development, tourism gone awry. The Mandovi itself is a matter of dispute as a result of diversions upstream.
When will peace befall this land?
